Introduction: The Danger of the “Seventh Covenant”

In recent years, a spiritual movement known as the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light has emerged with bold claims, bizarre doctrines, and a dangerous theological core: the so-called “Seventh Covenant.” This false doctrine, rooted in the teachings of Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq, exalts Ahmed Al-Hassan as the divine ruler of a new Edenic kingdom and the supposed fulfiller of all Abrahamic prophecy. It is nothing short of a full-scale theological assault on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This article serves as a direct and thorough refutation of this heresy, exposing its scriptural errors, historical inconsistencies, and cultic tactics. We will examine the major claims made in Chapter 7 (“Door Number Seven”) of their primary text and compare them against the unchanging truth of God’s Word.

1. What Is the Seventh Covenant Doctrine?

According to the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light, there have been six previous covenants made with mankind: the Adamic, Noahic, Abrahamic, Mosaic, Davidic, and Messianic (New Covenant in Christ). They claim these covenants have all either failed or expired, and that the “Seventh Covenant”—ushered in by Ahmed Al-Hassan—is the final divine dispensation, bringing humanity into a new Edenic age.

They claim that:

  • Ahmed Al-Hassan is the divine ruler of a final kingdom
  • The previous covenants were incomplete
  • Christ’s work is not final or sufficient
  • Only this new covenant brings true salvation and knowledge

This is a pernicious lie and a gross distortion of both Old and New Testament theology.

2. The Final Covenant Is in Christ Alone

The Bible clearly teaches that the New Covenant established by Jesus Christ is the final, eternal, and unrepeatable covenant:

“This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.” (Luke 22:20)

“But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.” (Hebrews 8:6)

The idea that God would nullify the New Covenant and establish another contradicts the clear teaching of Scripture:

“For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:14)

To claim there is a “Seventh Covenant” is to deny the sufficiency of Christ’s sacrifice, making this teaching fundamentally anti-Christian.

3. Misuse of Prophecy and Apocryphal Texts

Aba Al-Sadiq’s movement frequently appeals to misunderstood prophecies from Isaiah, Revelation, and extra-biblical texts like the Gospel of Judas. These are used to justify the supposed divine role of Ahmed Al-Hassan.

But:

  • Isaiah 11 speaks of the Messiah, not a 21st-century cult leader
  • Revelation 5 identifies the Lamb as Jesus Christ, not Ahmed Al-Hassan
  • The Gospel of Judas is a second-century Gnostic forgery and was rightly rejected by the early Church as heretical

This movement twists prophecy and revives ancient Gnostic errors that were condemned centuries ago.

4. Ahmed Al-Hassan Is Not the “Second Adam”

The group claims Ahmed Al-Hassan is the fulfilment of the Second Adam archetype, supposedly inaugurating a new Edenic age. This is an outrageous blasphemy.

“The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit… The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven.” (1 Corinthians 15:45–47)

Only Jesus Christ is the Second Adam. No one else fulfills that role. To claim otherwise is to elevate a mortal man above the Son of God.

5. Refuting the Lie of Covenant Failure

The Seventh Covenant cult claims that all prior covenants failed. But Scripture tells us:

“Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers.” (Romans 15:8)

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen.” (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Each covenant progressively leads to and is fulfilled in Jesus Christ. None were failures; they were stepping stones to the ultimate covenant of grace.

6. The Kingdom Is Ruled by Christ, Not Ahmed

The cult teaches that Ahmed Al-Hassan is the ruler of the new kingdom promised in the Bible. But:

“Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them… And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:4)

It is Christ who rules the Millennial Kingdom—not a self-appointed Mahdi. There is no biblical or historical basis for substituting Christ with a human figure.

7. Cult Tactics and Psychological Manipulation

This group uses classic cult strategies:

  • Exclusivism: Only members of their sect are “saved”
  • Esotericism: Twisting apocryphal texts to look “deep”
  • Authoritarianism: Followers must obey new “divine” leadership
  • Persecution Complex: They paint themselves as martyrs to gain sympathy

These are red flags of cult control, not signs of a biblical movement.

8. No Eighth Day, No Eighth Covenant

Scripture presents one, final, and sufficient covenant:

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

There is no eighth day. There is no new Edenic dispensation apart from Christ. There is no Seventh Door—only the narrow gate of the Gospel.

Conclusion: Return to the True Gospel

The Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light is a false gospel with a false prophet and a false kingdom. The teachings of Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq and the exaltation of Ahmed Al-Hassan as the “divine ruler” are not just doctrinally wrong—they are damning heresies.

We call all who are entangled in this deception to repent and believe the once-for-all Gospel of Jesus Christ:

“Having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1)

Reject the false “Seventh Covenant.” Embrace the eternal covenant in Christ alone.
